Mr. Dibya Raj Pant, Master in Geology/ Geotechnical from India and Thailand is with Blue Energy since last 9 years as Sr. VP& COO and is having over 36 years long national and international experience of hydro-power projects in private and government sectors. Over the years, Mr. Pant has been dealing with site selection, planning, investigation, business development and construction supervision of over 100 projects ranging from 5 MW to 2000 MW installed capacity. He is author of several technical papers and is credited for having presented papers in several national and international forums. In addition, he is associated with scientific and engineering fraternities such as Founder Vice President of Nepal Tunneling Association, Member of International Society of Rock Mechanics, Nepal Geological Society, Nepal Engineering Council, Nepal Hydropower Association, etc.
