| Quality Control Engineer | 5 to 8 | Graduate in Civil engineering | Should have in-depth experience of quality assurance and quality control for a major Hydro Power Project. This inter alia shall include preparation of necessary list of equipment/instruments for Quality control, cost of quality control/management equipment to be installed/ provided in the quality lab setting up of Quality Control Lab, collection of various types of samples, testing and preparation & submission of reports for various materials to be used for a hydro Power Project such as Coarse & fine aggregate, Cement, reinforcement, rolled steel sections, steel plates, metal sheets, quality of welds, wire mesh, steel fiber, Concrete Mix design and implementation at site, monitoring of concrete mixes at APP and CBP, ensuring the materials & item of works comply with general & technical specifications as per contract documents etc. Should also have the experience of developing the OK- Cards for issue of an in principle clearance before taking up or execution of any activity on ground. |
