Should have an in-depth experience of site supervision and erection of EM works /equipment installation and 220 kV Transmission line of Hydropower project preferably with an installation of more than 100 MW.
Thorough understanding & execution of EPC contract following world bank template/FIDIC rule book and any other equivalent international standards.
Desirable experience:
- Supervision of equipment transportation, storage, erection, testing and commissioning of EM works and equipment installation and ensuring adherence to time schedule as per the Master Schedule.
- Dynamically updating of Master Schedule & ensuring timely implementation of all interface activities.
- Formulation of procedures for erection, testing and commissioning of the Electro-mechanical and Transmission Line works.
- Participating in FATs, Model Tests, Pre-commissioning, commissioning stage testing and commissioning of project.
- Supervision and Preparation of monthly bills of the Contractor and recommending for payment.
- Implementation and Reviewing of contractor’s commissioning and O&M manuals.
- Preparation of reports on monitoring and informing the management.
- Reviewing as-build documents and drawings.
- Experience of providing commissioning assistance
