Should have an in depth experience of HM works such as gate installation, supervision, tendering & contract management and scheduling of HM works of large Hydropower project.
Thorough understanding & execution of EPC contract following FIDIC rule book and any other equivalent international standards pertaining to HM works.
Desirable experience:
- Supervision of fabrication, transportation, storage, erection, testing and commissioning of hydro-mechanical works and installation associated with the equipment, hoists, gantries, TRCM etc. and ensure adherence to time schedule as per the Master Schedule.
- Reviewing of procedures for erection, testing and commissioning of the hydro-mechanical works.
- Participating in FATs, Pre-commissioning and commissioning stage testing including dry and wet tests.
- To prepare documents of all inspections on daily basis for Hydro mechanical works/Equipment
- Reviewing of contractor’s operation and maintenance manuals.
- Participating and preparation of report for monitoring and informing the management.
- Supervision and Preparation of monthly bills of the Contractor and recommending for payment.
- Experience in reviewing as-built documents and drawings for HM works of Hydropower Project.
- Experience of providing commissioning assistance.
