Should have an in-depth experience of construction supervision, tendering & contract management and scheduling of a major Hydro Power Project, preferably for more than 100MW.
Thorough understanding & execution of EPC contract following FIDIC rule book and any other equivalent standards.
Desirable experience of:
- Monitoring of Contractors’ working of all type of contracts and the correct Contract implementation.
- Construction supervision of civil works and co-ordination with all other contractors for smooth implementation of project execution.
- Monitoring of concreting operations, testing and material tests and Quality Assurance.
- Inspection of Contractors laboratories.
- Follow-up and monitoring of the progress of works with all the Engineers and Contractors.
- Supervision and coordination of overall commissioning of project.
- Participating and preparation of all types of report for monitoring and informing the management.
- Preparation and Finalization of MoMs etc.
- Review of all the project implementation reports of the contractors at site and submit to the management.
- Preparation and Reviewing of as-built documents and drawings
