Should have an in-depth experience of measurement of all items of works at site and its recording for a major Hydro Power Project and regulation of running / final bill payments for the EPC or Item rates contracts and all billing related activities of works.
Desirable experience:
- Should be able to maintain day to day resource application (daily site report record book) by the contractor for reference/record and evaluation of any variation / extra item of works.
- Review/ checking of quantities, rates of items, additional items, variations/extra items in close coordination with quantity surveyor, quality engineer, Owners’ engineer and the contractor for site verification.
- Thorough understanding of the contract documents and interpretation of various clauses of specification, FICDIC, EPC contract.
- Experience of formulation of variations & extra items and their treatment as per the contract provisions.
- Evaluation of hourly use rates & analysis of rates of various equipment, materials and items of works.
- Analysis of Hire charges of equipment.
- Preparation and Reviewing of as-built documents and drawings
- Hands on experience on Primavera / MS Project.
